How do I review what is caught in the quarantine?

If the filter caught something that you should have received, or if you want to verify the filter is working as expected, you can take a look at the Spam Quarantine via the control panel.From the dashboard, click on the Spam Quarantine icon.

This will bring up a list of quarantined emails for your domain.

Check the box to the left of any messages you wish to deliver and select Release under the –select action– menu. Any released emails should arrive to the recipient’s inbox within a few minutes.

Please note: Your quarantine keeps up to 21 days of email. Anything older than this is automatically deleted.
